Noisy library, with kids who don't stop and next door they have a grandparents' home that plays loud music and the noise reaches there

Library with a lot of variety. The shame is the treatment of the librarians... one day they didn't give me IDs for my two children, because according to them, one is enough. Today we return, my son asks for a book and the librarian tells him that he can't look for it and that he has to get a book and in 15 minutes she closes. We requested the card downstairs for my daughter and they rudely told me no, it closes in 10 minutes, so I should go to the library first, not at the last minute... I will not return.

The library has a beautiful building in a good area of Barcelona, in Poblenou near the beach and the diagonal. It should be noted that the attention of a librarian has been excellent, although there is a bit of noise both outside, quite annoying with children (I don't know if it's school) and a little inside as well, and the chairs that are not entirely comfortable (perhaps I took one a little broken), I have been comfortable. They had a couple of books that I looked for and I will take them to return them later to another library in my neighborhood.

The loudest library in all of Barcelona!! In a "Chiquipark" there is less noise than there!!! And it doesn't seem like there is anyone willing to remedy it.

The spaces are very good. Study room, computer room, bright, but a lot of noise. I confirm what other people think, librarians are the first to talk very loudly to each other, they make phone calls and even if you are far away you find out everything. What a shame, when you go to study, you need silence.
